Aim Trainer
This free aim trainer pops targets at random spots so you can practice clicking fast and accurately. It tracks hits, accuracy and average reaction per target. Everything runs locally in your browser, and nothing is uploaded to any server.
100% local — nothing leaves your device
How to use it
- 1 Click Start to begin and a target will appear at a random spot on the screen.
- 2 Move your mouse and click each target as quickly and accurately as you can.
- 3 Keep clicking as new targets pop up; misses count against your accuracy.
- 4 Review your hits, accuracy and average reaction time per target when the run ends.
Troubleshooting
Targets feel laggy or skip on Windows 11
Lag is usually display or browser related, not the test. Close other heavy tabs and apps, then make sure your monitor runs at its highest refresh rate in Settings, Display, Advanced display. A 144Hz screen feels far smoother than 60Hz for clicking moving targets.
My clicks register late or are missed in Chrome
Disable browser extensions that overlay the page, and turn off any mouse smoothing or acceleration in your OS pointer settings. Use a wired or low latency mouse, set a stable polling rate, and avoid running the trainer in a background or unfocused tab while clicking.
Accuracy seems wrong or lower than expected
Accuracy counts only clicks that land on a target, so clicking empty space lowers it. Slow down slightly and aim for the center of each target. Track your average reaction per target instead of raw speed, since rushing usually trades accuracy for marginal time gains.
The trainer is hard to use on a phone
Aim trainers are built for a mouse, so a touchscreen feels different and tap accuracy varies. On mobile, tap targets with one finger and keep the device steady. For real FPS aim practice, use a desktop or laptop with an external mouse for consistent results.
Frequently asked questions
Is anything I do uploaded or stored online?
No. The aim trainer runs entirely in your browser using local code. Your clicks, hits, accuracy and reaction times are calculated on your device and never sent to or stored on any server.
Do I need to install anything or grant permissions?
No. It works directly in the browser with no download, sign in or special permissions. Just open the page and click Start to begin practicing immediately.
What does this aim test measure?
It measures how many targets you hit, your click accuracy as a percentage, and your average reaction time per target, so you can gauge mouse precision and speed for FPS aim practice.
How can I improve my aim and reaction time?
Practice short focused sessions, aim for target centers, and keep a consistent mouse sensitivity. Lower sensitivity often improves precision, while a higher refresh rate display can make fast targets easier to track and click.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
It works on touchscreens, but the experience differs from a mouse and tap accuracy varies by device. For the most reliable click accuracy results, use a desktop or laptop with a real mouse.
